We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, excessive automated usage, chargeback abuse, or violations of these Terms.

3. Minimum Age and Parent Consent

If you are under the age required to independently use online services in your jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the service.

Parents or guardians who permit minors to use the service are responsible for supervising their use of the platform.

4. Credits, Plans, and Digital Services

Credits may originate from purchases, promotional campaigns, referrals, registration rewards, complimentary grants, or other sources.

All credits are maintained in a unified account balance and may be consumed together. Once added to an account, MyNilam does not separately identify or track individual credit consumption sources.

Certain features of the service may require paid plans, subscriptions, or credits.

Credits, subscriptions, and digital benefits are licensed for use on the platform only and do not represent stored monetary value, personal property, or transferable assets.

Credits may expire, be modified, or be discontinued at our discretion where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, credit usage rates, feature limits, or subscription structures at any time.

Promotional, bonus, or complimentary credits may expire, be modified, reduced, revoked, or discontinued at our discretion without compensation where permitted by law.

5. Payments and Billing

By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is valid and authorized.

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized transactions, abuse of payment systems, or chargeback misuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

6. Refund Eligibility

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final once credits, subscriptions, or digital access have been successfully delivered.

Due to the nature of digital services, AI-generated content, subscriptions, and virtual credits, refunds will not be provided once credits, subscriptions, or digital access have been delivered or activated.

Unused credits, partially used subscriptions, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, accidental purchases, or failure to use the service do not qualify for refunds.

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances involving duplicate payments, payment processing errors, or failure to deliver purchased credits.

Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated summaries, reviews, recommendations, and other outputs are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, bias, or errors.

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any generated content before relying on or submitting it for academic, educational, or other purposes.

We do not guarantee originality, uniqueness, factual accuracy, copyright suitability, academic compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Educational and Academic Use

The platform is intended to assist learning, reading, and educational activities.

Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and appropriately using AI-generated content in accordance with their school, institution, or academic guidelines.

We do not encourage plagiarism, cheating, or submission of AI-generated content as entirely original work.

Users remain fully responsible for any content submitted to schools, competitions, examinations, or academic institutions.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse or exploit the service;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• interfere with platform stability or security;
• use bots, scraping, automation, or excessive requests that negatively affect the service;
• create multiple accounts to obtain promotional credits, rewards, registration bonuses, referral benefits, or incentives;
• upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, or misleading content;
• violate copyrights, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights;
• use the platform to generate spam, fraudulent, or deceptive content.

We may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, or report unlawful conduct where necessary to protect users, rights holders, or the service.

We may remove improperly obtained credits, rewards, or benefits without notice.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform.

However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use such content for operating, improving, securing, and maintaining the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

11. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its software, branding, design, text, features, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.

12. Service Availability

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, security protection, legal compliance, or technical reasons.

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, data loss, or temporary unavailability of the service.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts paid during the previous three (3) months; or (b) MYR 30.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
